I am a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in land purchase and land sales within the house building industry having worked with Wimpey, Balfour Beatty and Barratt. I have been active for the last 20 years in a consultancy role in this sector.

I research available land & acquire off market land for home builders, developers & care operators and dispose of land for clients. 

With my property contacts & training as a residential valuer, I source off market homes for investors and top end purchasers and I can also assess the potential of additional land.  I have detailed  knowledge of the greater Glasgow residential market having lived and worked in the area all of my life.

Interests - I am a keen golfer and  sports fan. Also passionate about wildlife & the environment in particular ornithology.
