About Me
I am a qualified trauma therapist  and have several years experience working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions within the charitable sector. I am a certified clinical trauma specialist with a Masters degree in Counselling.
In addition to my wealth of knowledge in the subject of trauma, I have a background in employability and training, working within the public, private and third sector to support people with mental health conditions back to work.
About Us
Helix Trauma Training and Consultancy was set up in 2020 with the aim of supporting workplaces to improve and manage the mental well-being of its staff with a particular focus on those who have experienced trauma or stress. We do this by providing high quality training, support and therapy and can help workplaces save money by reducing staff absences.Â
