About Me

In my 16 years, in cost management, I have saved my clients in excess of £30 million. I work with SME / owner managed businesses along with blue chip / global brands in a variety of sectors.

I do this by helping organisations make better informed procurement and strategic business decisions. We work alongside the client’s team to increase profits, reduce waste (both time and cost) and ensure the processes are in place to keep the business running at the minimum required level of indirect cost. 

The process we run is entirely self financing and cash flow positive to introduce and operate. 

Outside of work I enjoy time with my family (we have 3 kids), lots of sport (playing & watching) and travel. We have two Hungarian Vizlas, rather athletic dogs, so long walks have also become a prerequisite on the weekends.
