James Hall is a success coach who helps ambitious but busy business owners, directors, and leaders get out of their own way, unlock time, create clarity, build confidence, and take action so they can take their next big step toward their definition of success.
He draws on 22 years of leadership experience at a FTSE 30 company and holds an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. These experiences have shaped his results-focused approach to personal development, empowering clients to move forward with purpose, clarity, and the confidence to achieve the success they truly want.
While still working full-time, James has grown James Hall Coaching part-time over the last five years, supporting clients across the UK, as well as in Europe, the UAE, and the USA.
His motivational, coaching-led style is tailored to each client’s needs, using his proven #CreateYourTomorrowToday framework to build real momentum.

Peer-to-Peer Coaching Group
My next Peer-to-Peer Coaching Group begins on Tuesday 3rd February.
For 6 months, you’ll be part of a small group (max 6) of like-minded business owners, company directors and business managers meeting monthly to share your challenges and your ideas, to set goals and support each other to move forward. Between sessions our WhatsApp group keeps the conversation flowing, a space to celebrate wins, ask for feedback, and stay accountable.

This package is a favourite with my clients.
It is for those people who want regular coaching and accountability support in bite size chunks, payable monthly.
This programme is for you if you are currently feeling stuck, have lost direction, have been putting things off or need someone to hold you accountable on your journey.
We will work together for a minimum commitment of 6 months, with an initial 75-minute-deep dive session followed by 5 monthly sessions of either 30, 45 or 60 minutes each.
My price guarantee – your monthly investment, which is due 1st of each month, will also remain fixed for as long as we roll over month to month, so as my fees will rise over time yours won't – it remains fixed!
Create Your Tomorrow Today - Flexi 300 Programme
This programme is for those who want their coaching sessions on a more flexible basis.
We will start with an initial 90-minute session digging deep into your goals and your desired outcomes from our relationship. We will then have sessions totalling a further 300 minutes over the next 6 months. These sessions can be booked as you choose, in session lengths of your choice ranging from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, as frequently as you choose, the minimum commitment being a 30-minute session each month.
I also provide touch point support between your sessions where you can contact me via what’s app/ text or email, so you can bounce off an idea or a thought, share an experience or seek some support to move forward.
The programme can be extended to a longer option if you desire at the start or additional minutes can be bought on a rolling basis going forward.
Investment for this relationship is a one off upfront payment.

This programme is for those who just need some short-term support.
If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed right now; need a confidence boost; some help getting back on track; support to plan your next steps; or maybe you just need some space to think out loud.
I offer an intense 3 month programme which consists of an initial 1-hour session digging deep into your goals and your desired outcomes from our relationship. We will set some short-term milestones to work towards which we then follow up with two further 1-hour sessions to get you to where you want to be.
I also provide touch point support between your sessions where you can contact me via what’s app/ text or email, so you can bounce off an idea or a thought, share an experience or seek some support to move forward.
The programme can be extended to a longer option if you desire at the start or additional minutes can be bought on a rolling basis going forward.
Investment for this relationship is a one-off upfront payment.
