Since 2014, I've run my own recruitment business helping to build and grow sales teams across the UK.Â
I have over 10 years worth of experience in the sales industry working as a Direct Sales Agent for both Virgin Media & also as a Charity Fundraiser before eventually progressing to managing a successful sales recruitment team.
I've worked behind the scenes within my administration and business development positions in the sales industry, so have a good understanding of the set up and need for constant recruitment.

Our business was created to accommodate companies with a need for volume recruitment, at a much lower cost than standard recruiters.
However we've expanded our client base over the last few years and applied an updated model to successfully cover more specific positions.
Our clients over the last few years include national & international sales companies, energy providers & charities.
